A correction on that owl in album #17

Turns out the owl in album #17 isn’t a Barred Owl. A reader wrote in to say the wing barring I’d flagged as diagnostic is wrong for Barred, and the tail bars don’t match either. I went back to the raw files and, looking at the wing coverts without my own caption pulling me toward an answer, I’m inclined to agree. I’ll update the album caption to flag the correction and pull any social posts that repeated the call. I’m not going to relabel the whole album until I can confirm the actual ID, which at this point I’d guess is Northern Goshawk based on the habitat and the underwing pattern, but I’d rather admit I don’t know than publish a second guess with the same confidence as the first. Thanks to the reader who was gentle about it.
